DECORATIVE LANDSCAPE GRAVELS
Indiana’s largest selection of bulk landscape gravel! We stock over 30 different types, colors, and sizes year around in our yard. We are open to the public and have qualified contractor wholesale programs. Landscape gravel is available in bulk, priced by the ton, sold in quantities down to the lb. Landscape gravel is primarily used for ground cover in landscape beds, walkways, in between stepping stones, ponds, and as a lower cost patio solution. Commonly referred to as landscape rock or river rock.
Tired of mulching year after year?
One of the most attractive benefits of using landscape gravel for your project is the life of the product. This low maintenance substitution to mulching does not need to be replenished every year. Natural stone does not deteriorate or break down. In instances where you may need to refresh, you will only need to “top dress” and spruce up the top layer, which will require a much lesser quantity than originally purchased. You can easily maintain your product year after year by removing build up of debris or leaves with a blower, leaving your gravel intact and your landscape beds refreshed. Another added benefit is weed control and prevention.
We recommended prepping your landscape beds with Gator Fabric by Alliance to add an additional layer of weed prevention to keep your landscape beds as maintenance free as possible. We are a full line distributor for Alliance, and found them to be quality products you can trust. Worried about your plants? Landscape gravels will not hurt your plants. In fact, the layer of protection will help protect the roots from the heat of the summer and winter frost. In instances where you are planting annuals, we suggest you use both mulch and landscape gravel. A photo is included above of how you can pair the two together and still enjoy the lower maintenance of the bulk of your project and accent with mulch where you are doing year after year planting.
